Sandpoint’s beloved community radio tradition returns this Tuesday evening when KRFY’s Little Live Radio Hour broadcasts live from The Hive, located at 207 N. First Ave., with Nashville-based singer-songwriter Camden Morris taking center stage.
The free show kicks off at 7 p.m. and runs for one hour. Host Jack Peterson will guide the audience through the program’s signature mix of live music, comedy skits performed by local actors, and audience participation — a format that has made the monthly broadcast a standout community event in North Idaho.
A North Idaho Roots Story
Morris brings a compelling background to the Sandpoint stage. Raised between the mountains of North Idaho and the coastline of Southern California, he has since established himself in Nashville’s competitive music scene, drawing on influences that range from Neil Young and Johnny Cash to Sturgill Simpson and Tyler Childers. His songwriting sits firmly in the American road music tradition — storytelling built around wide landscapes and working-class themes.
His debut single, “Postcards,” made an immediate impression after release, accumulating more than half a million streams within its first eight weeks. Morris is signed with Suede Records and has since released “American Way,” which landed a spot on Spotify’s Emerging Americana playlist — a strong indicator of the traction he’s gaining in that genre. He has shared stages with Ella Maddux and performed at venues including The Bowery Vault, The 5 Spot, and Blue Canoe.
Festival at Sandpoint Discount Available

KRFY will announce a secret code during the broadcast that unlocks a $5 discount on general admission tickets to the Festival at Sandpoint. The discount is available to anyone who attends the free show or hears the code during the one-hour broadcast.
