The team’s path to the finals began Friday night with a 13-1 victory over Reapers Hardesty in four innings. The North scored three runs in the opening frame without recording a hit, taking immediate control of the game. That 13-run output tied the team’s season high and marked its first double-digit scoring performance since June 13, when the squad topped Sundodger White 18U by 11-5.
Hannah Frago powered the offense against Reapers Hardesty, finishing 2-for-2 with two RBIs and a double. The North also took advantage of opponent miscues, stealing six bases and capitalizing on five wild pitches in the decisive victory.
