The latest installment arrives as the hospital continues expanding its rehabilitation capabilities with equipment purchased through earlier donations. The initial $100,000 contribution funded acquisition of an RT300 Functional Electrical Stimulation Therapy System, valued at approximately $50,000, along with an advanced exoskeleton device. The RT300 uses integrated functional electrical stimulation—electrical impulses delivered through electrodes—to activate muscles during guided cycling movements, offering patients a therapeutic approach to recovery and mobility restoration.
