Bonner County District Court Issues Notices for Three Estate Settlements and Storage Unit Auction

Estate Claims Notice and Deadlines

Bonner County District Court has published legal notices for three separate estate proceedings, establishing four-month deadlines for creditors to present claims against the deceased parties’ estates.

Debra M. Riordan has been appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Stanley Joseph Kwake. The case, filed in the First Judicial District, Bonner County Magistrate Division under Case No. CV09-26-1028, requires creditors to file claims within four months of the initial publication date of June 23, 2026. Creditors must submit claims to the District Court Clerk and present documentation to Hickey Law Firm, located at 318 Pine Street in Sandpoint. The firm can be reached at 208-810-4849, with fax submissions accepted at 208-810-4375. The notice runs in publications dated June 27, July 4, 11, and 18, 2026.

Nicole Jeffres has been named Personal Representative of the Estate of Marvin Hardegger and Betty Lou Hardegger, both deceased. The joint estate case, identified as CV09-26-1064 in the First Judicial District, Bonner County Magistrate Division, carries the same four-month creditor claim window measured from the June 30, 2026 publication notice date. Creditors must direct claims to the District Court Clerk and to Sandpoint Law, P.C., at 312 South First Avenue, Suite A, in Sandpoint. The notice appears in publications dated July 4, 11, and 18, 2026.

Rebecca S. Robideaux and Julie D. Prince serve as co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Thomas Orien Robideaux, also known as Tom O. Robideaux. The estate case, filed as CV-09-26-1029 in the First Judicial District, Bonner County, follows the same four-month creditor claim deadline structure beginning from the June 30, 2026 notice date. Claims must be submitted to the District Court Clerk and presented to Snedden Law, P.C., at 320 North Second Avenue in Sandpoint. The notice is published in issues dated July 4, 11, and 18, 2026.

Storage Unit Auction Scheduled

Epic Storage in Priest River has announced a public auction of a self-storage unit belonging to Adam Fennel. Unit #91, a 10-by-20-foot storage space, will be sold at auction on July 22, 2026.

The unit contains household goods, furniture, boxes, tools, and miscellaneous personal property. Interested bidders may participate in person at Epic Storage, located in Priest River, or online through Storageauctions.com. The storage facility’s phone number is 509-447-1116 for inquiries regarding the auction.

What Comes Next

Creditors with claims against any of the three estates have until the four-month deadline—calculated from each notice’s first publication date—to file documentation with the respective law firms and the District Court. Estate beneficiaries and creditors should contact the assigned personal representatives’ legal counsel for information about estate administration timelines and distribution schedules.

The storage unit auction will proceed as scheduled on July 22, 2026, with online bidding available for remote participants. Successful bidders will be responsible for removing unit contents and associated fees.
